1. Service description
PGAIN.AI is a governance layer and multi-provider proxy for AI agents. You bring your own LLM provider keys; we authenticate you, apply cost and policy controls, and route your requests to the provider you choose.
2. Bring-your-own-key responsibility
You are responsible for your own provider keys and any costs incurred at those providers. You confirm you are authorized to use the keys you add. PGAIN enforces your configured daily cap on a best-effort basis but is not liable for provider-side charges.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or malicious purposes, to attack or overload any provider, or to generate prohibited content. We may suspend accounts that violate this.
4. Service availability
The service is provided on a best-effort basis with no SLA in v0.5. It may be unavailable for maintenance or due to upstream provider outages.
5. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by request. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.
6. Liability disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". PGAIN does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of any LLM output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service or model outputs.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, except where superseded by applicable mandatory law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified via the email on your account. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
